Definitely a home made main door.  I'm thinking he may have used an S2000 slant top cabinet and converted it to house the CRT that he has in there.
Thus, the custom main door.

Wow.  I agree with Hotrod -- that was a PE+ slant top cabinet.  Very interesting.

Wow.  I agree with Hotrod -- that was a PE+ slant top cabinet.  Very interesting.
that was a pe slant top cabinet door .

I have converted the S+ slant top slots ---------to video LCD with the  LCD overlay on top of opening raised at top box end for viewing angle purpose since the angle of the LCD if mounted under the door is not a good vieweing angle for any  LCD -vs the CRT -tube style can be viewd at any angle or position the main door opening is bigger on the 3-reel slot model --without the side "art" glass which gives you a wider opening . dont forget its a double steel top door/lid
inside piece is stainless outside is steel .  i have seen some pe pokers that had the standard Ceronix monitor were retro fit with 15 inch LCD'S under the lid/door you have to sit at a certain angle to see the LCD  it sucks ..
