I have what appears to be an IGT M slot. based on a couple posts here, i got it all cleaned up and its working fine excpet i am looking for the following

1. what bulbs are used for, all front panel indicators, lines played, coin in, coin accepted ect.
2. what bulb is used for large button(play 3 coins)

3. one problem i see is if 3 coins are inserted waiting for spen reals or handle pull , and then additional coins are inserted they go to the hopper. and dont give credit, if machine is off, coins go to hopper.
the coin acceptor is a plastice none electrical one. wandering if there is a fix for this.

4. is there a manual available.

5. is there a special way to change the options, i have been through them i can change them but they dont seem to stick.

thanks in advance

If this was a S+ ...... The S was next after the M and the S+ followed the S.... so I will assume that much of what is in the S+ came from the M.....
but not owning a M... I am only speculating here.......

anyways on the S+
There is a solinoid that is extended when there is no power, a rejected coin or when the max number of coins has been played.
It gets retracted in when the coin comparitor accepts a coin.

Part of this solinoid that keeps it extended is a spring. Sometimes the spring breaks and othertimes the solinoid just burns out.
The quick fix is to wire tie the divertor plate out of the way so all coins are accepted.
This would be the first thing that I would look for.....
