Look what I found, I always wanted one of these. At present it's a working mechanism, a rusty case and a bag of bits, but I hope I'll be able to show a cool "after" pic when I put it all together. It's entirely mechanical, the very end of the line for mechanical slots.

I have worked on those before and a couple of nutt and muddles. Purely mechanical, If I recall correctly, there may have been a light bulb behind one of the glass pieces.... The ones I worked on were so worn out that the coin slides had been welded and ground back down, as had the coin holder / handle trip lever... They work nice, once they are gone through....
If you need it, I could maybe get some pictures of the machines I used to work on,,, if the guy still has them!!!!
