lucky larry kicked out a ticket last nite  now it says wrong paper  , we  changed printer  still says the same help its wife #1 game out there , also what a bad nite we had on lgm on 2 cents and rich girl  5 cents we lost 800 in anhour

Steve, don't trust the guide with the black block on the printer to match up with the ticket. Turn the tickets around and try them. The printer should feed the ticket automatically. Good Luck!

we,ll try   but it didn,t run out of tickets  thats what i don,t understand and 2nd printer came from a working game

are you saying the paper loads ok?  does the printer go green?  did you have a previous "wrong paper" error on that machine?

Make sure when you load the paper into the printer the side that says "THIS SIDE UP" is actually facing down.  That's how it is in a S2000.

The printing "THIS SIDE UP" is meant for when the customer re-inserts the ticket into the Bill Validator.

That one got me the first time I tried to load tickets... Duh!

yes  we didn,t runout of paper it says  wrong paper we been playing that game for a week with no trouble also took another printer from another working game got same  message bame has credits on itso we can,t clear

I had a code resurface on GK, opened and closed door a few times and it cleared.

got both running  lep spots  i didn,t setup right no sas lop larry  need to be key chipped  next up the emotions  plays in test game but says system down Help

hi
i installed some printer ithaca in my i-games, set the configuration bot don's work, i need some manuals of the configuration on i-games. don's print tickets only sen for hand pay.

The I-Game setup is really easy-  the printer is enabled and the split pay options are set as you like?

Me Too-  It took me 2 hours before I realized that I had the paper in upside down.
