Universal Model 555 (Japanese version) hopper payout not stopping.

I just became the owner of Universal Model 555 (Japanese version) .25 cent slot machine. (My first slot) I will attach photos. When I turn it on everything lights up and the hopper payout motor starts turning. No error codes on the screen. The hopper was empty. When I inserted a quarter it drops right out into the tray. I was told that it may be in the middle of a payout and has not counted out all of the coins yet. I loaded the hopper and ran a few hundred coins through it but it never stopped paying out. 
1. Is there a reset after Jackpot switch for this? There is no key insert like the new models have.
2. Is there a manual available for this particular model?

I only see 3 switches, Main power, Hopper power and a red push button reset. I have held the reset on powerup and it goes through its testing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Since I can only post 2 photos I wasn't able to show you more.

I'm guessing you resolved the hopper problem since you later posted reel problem.

No not yet. I had to move the machine to a better work area. Hope to get back at it today.
