Just means that U51 needs to be looked at.
If you have been changing a lot of games in
that motherboard, often the pins that contact
the PLCC chips get bent so they don't touch
the PLCC chip's legs.

Actually I just figured it out, You were hearing Hawaiian themed bottoms in anticipation of your Catch a Wave Software arriving!!!

The BIG black box in the corner is a JBL "Subwoofer" and the fan is cooling the DC Coupled power amplifier for it....
