I've been looking for months too.  I'm beginning to think because a reel touch is basically an s2000 with a special top box they didn't make a manual.

Hi Guys

Which info is it that you need. There is a parts manual for the reeltouch.  The rest is pretty similar to the standard S2000.

I never had an S2000 so I would like to know all of the bells and whistles etc.

So far with my S+ and Reel touch I have just played and enjoyed them.  I would like to know how to change the setup - hopper count, jackpots etc.

On my Bally and WMS I know what most of the setup options are.

Just press the white test button on the MPU, and the accounting and setting options will come up in the top box LCD.  Like the I-game, one of the easiest of machines to adjust the settings on.  Use the buttons to toggle and select.  You can check out your accounting information, change the volume, adjust the attract feature, and many other things.  If you want to change your payout percentage or accounting denomination or multi-denom variables you just need a Key 17, although ideally a Key 45 would be more likely used for this machine type.

Hi All

The bottom part is a standard S2000. The top is a self contained PC that communicates to the PC via netplex.
The failures i had on them at the time I was working on these were mostly the hard drive that bombed out and if  i remember right 1 or 2 processor chips.
Mostly re programming it did the trick if there was a problem .You require 3 CD's. 1 and 2 are universal. No 1 was the OS. No 2 cant remember  what exactly it did. The third CD was game specific.
I may have some details on what was used wherebut they are for the international version. Not sure if domestic was the same. I will check for the details over the weekend.

I have gone through the menu items several times.   I would like to read what some of the options are for.  Maybe I should hunt around for a S2000 manual if all of the settings are the same.

IGT's Reel Touch is just an extension of the Vision platform and uses the same basic setup.  The OS in this case is Windows XP Embedded (XPe) on a 20GB laptop drive divided up into three partitions, one for the OS, the second for the ATA and BGM files and a third blank partition that provides an area for custom attract sequence files.  The LCD/computer is a 1GHz Pentium III with 512MB of PC133 CL2 RAM (unbuffered, non-ECC).

PM'ed you.
