One of my S2000 machines for some reason does not send power to the WBA BV. I have tried three different "working" BV, but when I slide the unit in, I never hear the BV/Transport activate or boot up and of course the insert bills never lights up on the door. Can someone please point me in the right direction as far as troubleshooting this issue? The BV is enabled in the software and again I have tried BV's from other machines that are working just fine.

Unfortunatly I know very little about BV...  Duh! Duh!

Thanks,

Rob

Any tilt or error messages on the VFD when the door is closed.
Door open B is the BV cash can door. M is the main door.
If no tilts or error messages, at least the BV door switch (or bypass is working)

Am I correct in saying that the BV works in another machine and this machine is the only one that the BV is not operating?

Go into the I/Ø tests, netplex devices and see if the machine is detecting the BV, you can press the spin reels switch to have it auto-configure them (just like when the machine is first turned on)
Check the wiring behind the BV as well.
The BV has has its own netplex connection at the motherboard it just left of where the ribbon cable plugs into the motherboard.
The reason for its own connection is for the BV door switch.

Watch out for the service light in the machine it gets hot.

No tilt messages on the VFD and yes, the BV works perfectly in other machines.

I am very familiar with the "HOT" bulb behind there. I think I have burned my hands more times than I care to admit...   bawling bawling bawling

I will double check the connections again.

Thanks,
