Wow I missed this page of replies when I added mine, but it sure seems appropriate...

Lets take a vote... The payment for my "BILL" should be to send a higher percentage chip to Rick if I can find one in my chiip collection!

If you'll compare the 2 hits columns on these 2 par sheets.. one for your game and one for the 98% game you'll find there will be considerably more any bar hits, any bar with triple, & single bar wins.. yet you'll get less triple bar, triple with the triple bars and 2 triples and double bar hits.

So you sacrifice a higher win or two for more lower wins.

The highest paying chip has fewer blanks, which is typical.

These two have done the opposite of what I described back in reply #9.

They removed two triple bars and two blanks from the middle reel and replaced them with double bars.
They changed one blank to a single bar on reels one and three.

That's all it took to raise it over 5½%  (5.545).
