yeah but the leased games would only go for 50 or 60 grand each..

That would be why they're priced so high, they'd price them in the range that nobody could/would afford.

It was a matter of being in the right place at the right time. And they were about $35/ strip with shipping. Don't know at this point if it was a one and done or if the guy would order for me again, but once was a huge nice favor. Anyway, are they washable if neccessary?

You could spit on them and see.. but I wouldn't chance it. Once they made the first batch of those horrible strips I'd never touch another with any kind if liquid.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. They're not gonna be in a smokey environment so whatever gets on them should come off easy.  I don't know if it's par for the course with IGT, but it took like 6 weeks to get them. Maybe they're made to order instead of warehousing strips for older games. My machines are 6yrs old. Who knows, I'm sure my next S2000 machine purchase will need new strips so the one and done question might get an answer. Here's a hint though, be nice to the slot techs you run into on casino floors, help them and they can help you.
