I forget which one it is but either the cash can or belly glass door is open.  Both can and should be bypassed for home use.

Welcome to the site, jamigtrdavis!

NLG Welcome

I agree with Buzz -- I believe that "B" is the door to the bill validator stacker ("cash can").  Make sure that door is fully closed (and latched, if equipped).

yes B is for cash can door, which if an upright would only need bypassing if you or someone else removed the door latch. (stick finger in hole to unlatch)

bill validator stacker , is actually the cash can not inserted all the way (white cherry switch behind cash can)

All machines coming from a Casino have had all the locks removed. I think the reasoning behind that is, if they left their locks on the machines they would have thousands of their keys out in the public.

The cherry switch behind the cash can has nothing to do with a cash can error on a WBA ( I know next to nothing about other brands BVs )  Pull out a WBA cash can and take a look top rear, you will see two flags hanging down. When the cash can is installed the can pushes the flags up so they block two optics in the transport. I have some S 2000 that the cherry switch in missing but not missed. It must have had a use at one time but I don't know for what.

The Cherry switch behind the can was connected to a security system.

i didnt say locks i said latch, on the upright igame the latch is there when locks removed keeps door closed, stick finger in and push up to release, that latch when door is closed presses the B switch,

that makes sense about cherry switch and tabs, when i remove the cash box i get  bill validator stacker error and i also get a sas exception that cashbox was removed. i will have to look and see if cherry switch is even hooked up. i will take a picture of the latch when i get home

ON an Upright S2000 there is no latch for BV door itself.
the only latches on an upright with a WBA is the Main Door, Belly Door, and Cash Can Latch.
