Very Sorry to hear of your loss. The passing of a loved one is never easy. He will live on in your memories and those of others.
When my mother passed it was the stories of how she touched others lives that brought me the most comfort.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts. I just showed your posts to my family and they were very appreciative. It is tough going, but things will eventually get better. I will give more information later, but is was sudden, unexpected, and thankfully fast so there was no long suffering. If you have to go, going fast is best.
