I have a monitor out of a Sigma slant top poker machine that came into the shop blacked out with no power, changed the Horizontal Output Transister, and now it has power, but still has not picture, I changed both the horizontal and vertical deflection IC's as well as the corresponding Vert/Horiz Oscillator IC. I am at a loss for this one. Anyone have any ideas I may have missed?

Cannot find any distinguishing marking on the board so I have attached a picture of the board.

As it turns out the problem was in the c945 tranasistors between the video input plug on the board and the output wires for the neck board. Not sure which ones, changed them out starting at the neck board output going back to the plug, did the last 3 and we had a picture agtain.
