I have a midway arcade game that the monitor does not work. when I turn the game on I can hear a ticking sound coming fromt eh circuit board of the monitor. I am guessing it is shutting down for to high voltage. Where can I start looking for the problem? I am only a little familiar with circuit board repair. The only thing i found on it was rca kt 38" dual scan. I would like to get this up and running,
