Hello, I am getting an error code 32 indicating that the hopper is empty. There is lots of quarters in the hopper and I only tried the cash out for 4 credits. I used the jackpot key but this did not work. I also pushed the buttons to the left of the hopper to move the payout mechanism manually. The hopper payout reel moved aroound but no coins were paid out. I think I might have tripped the Casino fail safe protection on the hopper to prevent fraud. Additionally I wanted to do the SAFERAM CLEAR but I found out that the MPU board has a lock on it that is stuck in a position where the slots on the lock don't line up to properly insert any of my keys to open it. The inside slot is one quarter of a turn to the right as if it is in the open position but the outside slot is still at the top. The board won't pull out. I want to get the MPU board out to do the SAFERAM CLEAR. How can I open the lock? Can I just take the lock off. My other Bally S5500 doesn't even have a lock on the MPU board. Is there an easy way to remove the lock without drilling it out? Thanks.
