I am not an expert to tell you the exact year but it is a mills high top which started in about 46 and they ran into the early 50's.  Yours is a 777 which was a special bonus that came out a little later.  My best guess is 48 49 but someone will probably give you an exact answer.

The owner is very helpfully and just works on the older machines from the 20's thru 40's. If you can find the machines serial number, he can date it for you.
