I just inherited a bally model 873 and everything works except it doesnt pay out on anything...can someone help me figure this out...everything else seems to work...Thanks

Does the winner paid light go out when you pull the handle, and are the hopper payboard wiper fingers back at zero?
Set up a pay, and move the reels around a little bit. Does it pay then?
Pull on the hopper carriage ( the silver piece that sticks out from the left side of the hopper) and see if it pays then.
