 hissy fit Mail Hi to all users with Bally s9-1 model please I need your help if you have bally S9-1 model that always hopper jam after cash out. any solution about this problem?

heheheh nobody answers. Please send a follow up email to bally please because bally said that this is a new issue for them but the reality is nobody report to bally eversince only this year. I've already changed the knife and cleaned the optic and shelf but the problem still exist.
