Let me see If I understand what you are looking for.

The only bulbs that I know of that are 15W are the F15T8 CW (Cool White) fluorescent bulbs.
If you are trying to replace them you also have to get a matching power supply that may explain the added cost.
S+ supplies 120VAC to the ballast for each bulb. S2000 the ballast supply voltage is 25V which makes it a bit cheaper to provide them for the S2000, the only DC supplies in a S+ are on the mpu and the BV supply. The S2000 has a switching supply the machine. All the voltages that come out of the S+ power supply in the bottom of the machine is AC 7-9V, 24V, and line

As far as denomination I going to have to guess, are you referring to a label on the front of the door next to the BV bezel that lights up?
If so those have become a bit rare and a bit pricey, the company that made them has discontinued them.

There is also a BV bezel that shows last bill inserted only works with JCM DBV-200 and WBA-12/13
The only other denom label I know of is the multi-denom touch panel and light box. not practical for use on a S+, without making major mods to your player display, and no it cant be interfaced to the S+. best to build a small LED Board with a full bridge rectifier on it since all the small lanps are low voltage AC operation.
