sold a s2000 today worked good in my shop , when buyer got it home it had a clicking sound  and  light flashed off and on , when put in new power supply it booted up, till you put in hopper then back to flashing and clicking, unpluged  plug to board on hopper game plays but no sound  did this short takeout amp board?

took knowen good power suppy , hopper and amp , still goes off when i push in hopper   i pull the back plane off  checked hopper plugs this game played well in my shop, also when i push in hopper  lights go out then it reboots
