I have a 10 pay which does not have a printer or a hopper,  it is hand pay only.  I did not set up a printer and disabled the hopper setting but when I cash out it gives a hopper jam error that I cant seem to clear or fix.  Anyone have an suggestions.  I know I am missing something.  Thanks

Didn't someone just have this? Or am I thinking a Coin Out error with no hopper caused by a bad I/O? Nothing found on "Hopper Jam" search?

Make sure in your settings in the Key 7 menu, that you have selected ALL PAYS GO TO HAND PAY. If you have this set correctly, then typically doesn't care if you have a hopper or printer. It will just play a little song while it waits for you to turn the key.

Or just set hopper limt to 0. You should be able to reset the error by briefly removing the ram chips from the MPU

The S2000 config is apparently a little different,  I still get a hopper jam error,  I thought if you did not enable the printer and disabled the hopper you could do a handpay when you cashed out.

Enable coinless mode in the key chip menu.. What SG chips are you running?
