Hi guys I'm looking to put a ticket dispenser in one of my machines just to play around with and was wondering if anyone has ever done this before in a s2000 of a game king.
I want to take out the hopper and put the ticket dispenser in it's place to spit out tickets insted of coins. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Your wanting to add a ticket printer? That's not a problem in an S2000 or a GameKing, as almost every casino now has them, so printers are plentiful and easy to find.

Not sure if anything special is required to ADD a printer other than enabling it in the settings, as most home users and dealers REMOVE ticket printers!  yes  The tickets will spit out all day long with no problems, but they cannot be fed back into the machine for credits like in a casino. Well, I shouldn't say that, as it is not IMPOSSIBLE, but does require some extensive networking/programming (for lack of a better word?). Check out the posts on "Homebrew TITO" thread for more details on redemption.

I do not think it would be hard to do, but it might create some legal issues, especially if the tickets are redeemed for prizes
As far as I know any type of game that dispenses tickets for prizes must be based on skill to be legal.
Be careful if you do find a solution.

Oh! Sorry, we don't have those in CA, so I was thinking you meant a ticket printer!  Tongue Out
