did a search on this I could not find the answer,  I would like to know how to use a S+ chip in an enhanced board.

Is it the same as for a 500 series board??   SB0001000  base chip,  An SS chip with a speed of less than 120ns, 

does the SS chip go in the socket labled SS    and is it offset like the 500 series?

appreciate any help!  have never tried this before,   have some games I want to convert, only have S+ glass and chips,  converting a 2x3x5x  to a Haywire,  converting a 4x Diamonds to a Double Diamond.

 Yes that is correct  same as 500 series board  . SB1000 base   a fast SS chip   installed in  SS labled  socket   same offset  But you need the dsp chip also

when you say dsp. chip   are you refering to the VX chip

NO on a  S2000 Enhanced board below the vx chip is the dsp chip as in pic
