I have a 1979 jackpot only that will light up but not accept coins and the lcd does not come on. I found that if I pull the main board the lcd will come on and coin accepted light comes on even if no coin put in. But as soon as I plug the board back in it goes back off. My guess is the board is bad but not sure. Also the reset switch on the board has been replaced but it has come unsoldered from the board where it mounts, it still has the 2wires going to it so question is does the switch have to be grounded for any reason or is it just hooked to the board to secure it in place?

Thanks,
Jon
