I am getting ready to put a WBA13 with a 3.75 or a 3.80 version in the S2000. There is a WBA12 in there now with all the dips up. Do all the dips go up on the WBA13 also? Will I get an CRC error? Will it clear with the door open and close? Will I have to go back with a Key 37 and disable and enable it again? Thanks.

Dale  Dip switches are set the same on a 12 or 13  And yes if you get a CRC missmatch it will clear with the door latch, sometimes it takes a few times. You will never need a key chip to set the CRC if by chance opening and closing the door didn't work you can press the test button go to IO test, to BV test and set the CRC that way.

Thanks, that helps alot. and cleared up my questions. I was confused because the WBA13 I picked up today had the last 4 switches down and it supposedly came out of a working S2000 machine and was tested...

Thanks for the information Buzz. I just picked up a WBA 13 to replace my 12, but I couldn't get it to clear the CRC Error. I tried a out 5-6 time with the door and gave up. It was easy in my upright S2K, but my slant top Game King wanted nothing to do with it. I'll check into the I/O menu tomorrow.

Gary  Sometimes it helps in IO input test go down to 4.3  Auto config test ( it's for the printer and BV )

Take a look at this thread, might help you          http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?topic=22004.msg183857#msg183857
