Hot Shot Progressive Problems

Hi
I have a bally alpha elite v20/20 and for the wasted day I can not set up the progressives. I keep getting invalid progressive.
I took many pictures of all the settingd I have tried.
Tryjng to set it up with 40 lines. 5 times max bet 1 cent denomination.
I have read all the posts about the setting up of progressives and still to no avail.

Typical setup is

Progressive Options
– Internal/External
– Progressive resets:
° Extra Money: 10,000*
° Triple Money: 1,000* ° Double Money: 100*
° Money Bars: 50* ° In The Money: 10*
*credits × game denom × total max bet

So you would set up as 5 level, your % increment, then your current level Extra Money 10000 X .01 X 200 = 20,000

Does anyone have a screen shot of this set up? I want mine set up for 10 cents and need to know the progressive and %'s for contributions. I have tried everything.
