CRT Monitor issues

I have a old cherry master 8l iner game and when turned on the screen is solid white.
every thing else works fine. If I unplug the input cable from the board it is still white.
I have tested the Game board in another michene and it is fine.
The chassis is a Wells Gardner 13K7831

Ooh...no clue, didja sesrch "white screen"???  I'm sure SOMEONE here can offer some direction. Sorry I couldn't help...

Is of plain white or are there zig zag lines visible in the screen? You might try adjusting the screen control on the flyback.

the only knob that looks to change the picture is brightness, Horz Hold will make the lines move and Ver Hold will make it roll.

There should be screen and focus controls either on the flyback itself or on a block right next to it

The only thing it done was change the brightness. As the brightness went down you still could not see the picture.

Had the machine been moved recently to where it could have been jarred pretty good? Or has it been in storage long term at all? One possibility that can also cause a dim picture with retrace lines is a carbon short across the guns inside the neck of the crt

It has set a long time and has been moved.
I just don't understand why I did not have any high voltage when I went to discharge the CRT to removed the chassis to check for cold joints.
I should have a tube rejuvenating kit and cap kit by Wed and will see how it checks out

Do you think it could be the HoT or Flyback?

You have high voltage because you have horizontal size so it really shouldn't be a bad HOT either. You might put a meter on the center leg of it though to see if it's at 130v. If it's not you could have a bad regulator IC. I'd look more at a potential problem in the neck of the CRT though
