In order to fill the minimum order requirement from Suzo Happ, I ordered what was described as an "LED Retrofit Kit for IGT OVAL Topper".
What I received today was a nice oval panel with a 2 pin Molex plug on it.  NO mounting hardware and NO instructions.  Scratch Head

The only 2 pin Molex connector in my IGT Oval topper is already connected to the ring LED's.  The florescent bulb inverter power source uses a 4 pin Molex connector.
I have to believe that there are parts missing.  "Retroit KIT" implies all of the parts and instructions needed to remove the old florescent back-light and install the new LED back-light.  frying pan

Anyone here familiar with this so called Retrofit Kit?

I will be contacting Happ tomorrow about this ... not sure how much help they will be.

The flat panel would not fit properly inside the IGT oval topper.  After several phone conversations, Happ admitted that they had absolutely no technical or installation information on the panel and that it was actually
NOT designed for the IGT oval as advertised. They said that they would be retracting the AD and refunded my money.

Well that's a bummer. I'm looking to accomplish the same thing you set out to do. Have you sourced an alternate solution yet?

No.  I guess I will just keep using the florescent until I find something better.

Well, bummer again. I'll post back here if I find an adequate solution. In the meantime, keep your fingers crossed for me!
