Just checked my 17,22 and 28 chips and they are blank, is there a section here to download the files for these?

The short answers is, NO! We have no such section for copyrighted files. The first thing on the home page states;

PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD COPYRIGHTED EPROMS TO THE SITE!!!

We like our forum and don't want to jeopardize it by doing this.
