on a several gamekings if i touch the screen with my right hand the touch screen doesnt work and cant use with left hand. i complete the game and play more and i can use touch screen with left hand but slow response. other family member can play normal.

what do i need to do get get my right hand working.

I don't think there's anything wrong with your touchscreen...
( as other humans around you don't have any problems with their hands and "can play normal" )
I think your right hand doesn't ground the screen as well as your left hand?
This can have something more to do with static electricity than anything else.
Are you using a prosthetic hand? Scratch Head

Take off your shoes.
Magnets or metal shivs are common in some shoes these interfere with the grounding.

well wasnt wearing shows, problem narrowed done more. when playing with right hand i wasnt touching machine. when playing with left hand i was touching frame of machine.

is it a grounding problem if i have to touch machine for touch screen to work??

yes,
Your machine isn't grounded...might be a loose ground in the machine somewhere.
Are you using 2 or 3 prong plugs?

yep that was it, looks like someone broke the ground prong off my power strip and didnt tell me.
