Looking for any info on the Sigma's 150 and 300  Duh!
On the 300 (D.J) I'm getting a "1 reel spin error". The reels do the slow spin when I power up,then it does the game loading then the error comes up... The reels are tight after powered up.

On the 150(T.T) I'm getting a "bill vali error" after self test. The motor runs on the DBV as it boots up. Also, this one does not have a cash can in it (the one that goes in the side of the cabinet). I really cant see a micro switch where the can goes either, but I know it must have something in there frying pan

Any links to the manuals or any help with either would be more than I know now about Sigma's.
Thanks for the help.

EDIT... The errors I'm getting now are;

T.T, (150 )"P Bet 3 Insert Coin" I have a coin in the comp. but unlike IGT's,I do not see a white set button. Tried dropping coins in but they fall back in the tray.

D.J {300) "Now Blip Abet 0 Lamp Comm Error"
Side note, I now know why I have all IGT's Scratch Head

Where are you located?

I couldn't find "now blip abet"  but found this

LAMP COMM.ERROR - Display PCB to display communication lost (Select Series Only). - Acuate RESET keyswitch. Check cable from display PCB and display. Replace display PCB

Good luck,
Wayne

Md.
On the lamp error...it has the lite up top that spins around to see which bonus you get (2X,etc). None of the lites are lit up. It has a small PCB board in the top for the light wheel which has three conn. on it "serial I/O" the large ribbon cable that goes to the light(which are hooked up ) and a three prong conn that says "power" and it has the same connn on the back of the light ...but nothing is on them.

I really need a manual  Duh!

I just looked in the submit file section and saw the sg300 manual there.  Looks like you're in luck.

It would be a good idea to post some pics of the machines as you work through them to help others.

Thanks,

Thanks Wayne. Printing it out now. What I'll do is start two diff. post since one is a 150 and the other is a 300. And post pictures along the way. I bought these from a guy who picked up four at a auction and had no clue about them. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400001607453 Everything seems to be there except one is missing the cash can and the other is missing the DBV unit and the cash can

Randy,

On the Lamp com error check to see if you have connected the right 4 pin connector there is 2 one for player tracking and one for the top display.  On they 150 were the cash box goes there is 2 metal arms on the bottum of the cash box bracket that holds the cash box the one on the left has the switch on it just tape it down to the bottum and that will keep the machine happy. On thereel spin error check the ribbin cable connection on the board to make sure its all the way in on the main board and check each reel connection. Ben

Randy,

On the 150 comparitor with the door open pull the switch out the one just below the reel shelf and see if the comparitor lights up. Also check the ribbin cable on the right side to see if it has a good connection or it could be damaged. Ben

Hi Ben,
On the 150... I was getting a few errors on the bill val. before I read your post I taped pieces of metal on all three of the pieces that were sticking up and a piece of tape to some micro switch on the top. This got rid off all the errors I was getting for the DBV except "Bill Vali Error" ,then after reading the manual I found the DIP for the the DBV and disabeled it ,so the only thing it says now is     "P bet 0"  "insert Coin" on the display. I have a green light on the coin comp, but the coins still fall through.

On the 300 I'm getting two errors the lamp conn and insert coin. Looking at the diagram in the manual I'm guessing you are talking about the 4 pin con. at the left front of the PCB ??? I have a wire on the one that says "treasure wheel" and on the "SIB2 PCB" ( whatever that is Smiley ). On the top light wheel is there suppose to be just a ribbon cable on it? It has another connection (3 pin) but nothing is on it....was thinking it was for power???

Thanks for the reply

... Since I was running out of options for tonight, figured I would go in to the menu display and see what settings it was set on. So on the 300 I pulled the white button out and turned the reset key (glad they are the same as a IGT  applause ). So I changed sounds, reel movement ,etc...
Then I tried it on the 150 and the white button seems to have no effect in any of the three position's On the display on the front it has dots in different locations to let you know if the door is open, closed, swith out ,etc. All of the locations change on the 300 but no matter what I do,I do not get any dots on the 150  no
