I have an Igt Gameking slant top with a bill validator JCM 200 and I keep getting a error on the machine saying Bill Validator Stacker Jam. There is no money in the  money box i tryed manually feeding money into the money box by turning the little gear on it and the money went in but got waded up and stuck. Do you think i need a new money box? any help would be Greatly Appreciated Because I finally got it up and running and now this. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi There,

Our IGT Gamekings we use to work on had the JCM WBA-20 in them, I don't know how similar they are to the 200 but that error was nearly always casued by the BA and the optics at the back of the BA where the note exits the BA. They would become dirty. Also there are some tabs in the bottom of the stacker housing at the back which get bent down and so the stacker drops slightly, try bending these up.
Or course if it is a different BA to the WBA-20 none of this will help. :0)
