Ok, so I've been posting away in the IGT S/S+ and CEI Draw Poker forums, but I thought I'd come in here and say my official hello.

I'm Jason.  I am not a casino enthusiast by any means, I live in a state where gambling is illegal, and I've really only played slots and poker machines on 3 or 4 occasions my entire life.  Why am I here then?  I'm a coin-op-aholic!!

It all started about 6 weeks ago.  My wife and I drove to a nearby state to attend a concert.  On the way home we decided to drive through Nevada.  On the border there is a little town called Jackpot, so we decided, hey why not drop a few coins in some slot machines and try our luck?  Well, we didn't do too hot and were only there about a couple of hours, then we decided to head home.  That night, I YouTube'd a few slot machine videos and then that morphed into Craigslist and Ebay...again just out of curiosity.  One week later, I decided to order an S+ Double Diamond from some jackass crook online called Slots4less / Slotsforless.  I've been battling that one for a few weeks, but I have the hitman out to get my money back...stay tuned.  Anyway, within this last 6 week period after our quick casino visit, I now have an IGT S quarter Jackpot Jungle that I picked up for less than 200 bucks and a perfect condition CEI nickel draw poker machine.  I have replaced bulbs, buttons, candles, pulled out the monitor, tweaked coin mechs, etc, and I'm in Heaven!  Restoring these machines is like watching a child grow.  I hope I haven't bugged too many of you in my new venture, but I've gotta say this is one of the friendliest bunch of people I've met in a long time, and I appreciate your help!  Oh yeah, if anyone likes the rough side of hockey, I run a very multimedia intensive hockey fight site complete with forum, arcade (of course), etc.  See my sig.  Anyway, I look forward to meeting more of you and I'll certainly help out where I can.  Cheers!  -Jason
