Trying to figure out why the picture on screen is dim, If I insert another board the screen comes bright and clear what on the board would cause this the game playes with eather board it is  just the 1 board is hard to see the screen

Check your pins on the DPS-80 Board.  The video pins can become tarnished or damaged.

These have a video card in the form of a chip (IC) that go bad. Also a capacitor could be causing
the problem, but most of not all of these discrete components (capacitors) are surface mount technology and
very sensitive to heat.

Can someone please tell me where this video card is located on the board? I think i might have the same problem with one of my boards  as well Scratch Head

Its a memory card that is on edge left hand side of board and the card that controls your machine is under the fan if your video is completely out look there they are like intell pentium processors
