So I moved my dinosaur out next to my IGT machine, and when i pulled the handle the first time, the reels just spin and spin and spin (until they eventually stop) and the machine goes into tilt with a 41 on the display. I read enough to know it's a reel problem, on the first reel. and i even read something about burnt out bulbs, changing reel board positions to see if the error follows the board, and a lot of other things i didn't think i should have.

My questions are this
what board would they be suggesting, where is it, and how does it come out?
where are the bulbs that might be burnt out?

and can anyone upload manuals for this series, i didn't see any in the file section that screamed e series?

Thanks in Advance.

if the reels keep spinning - you may have a bad arm/kick switch - reset the game - play a coin - pull handle - while reels are spinning see if you can pull the handle again.  If so - the arm/kick switch is at fault - these switches are on the left side of the reel mechanism - at the back.   there is usually a schmatic for these switches mounted right where they are located.

I can't pull the handle again after the initial pull that starts the reels spinning. and the reels are locked when you reset, or power on the machine, they just don't stop spinning.

do a 5 test - if you get all 0000 then you have either a bad reader control board - a bad IO board - or bad connections going to the reel mech.  Usually when there is one of the issues I addressed you would get a 41 error.   Reels spinning and not stopping could still be the arm/kick switch -  what you can do is with the door open play a coin - while the reels are spinning pull the reel mech partially out so you can reach the arm kick swiitch - manually actuate each switch and see if the reels stop.
