hi  my name is rene does someone know about a error?. I have in a game king.
the error is batery low but I change the batery for a new. but the problem stiil same way.

Leave the power on,
it takes a while sometimes for it to fully charge up...
then open and close the door, play a few games, the error code should go away. yes

The battery is a button cell, not rechargeable.  Is that what you changed?

did you test the new battery to see if it's a good one

Also check the battery holder to see if there is any corrosion that may be preventing good contact
with the battery

HI.   I have the same problem is  IGAME igt the code is battery low but i changed the cellbatery i put an new but the problem same way. if someone know something help me please. thanks.

what board? if you had to solder it make sure its a good contact. I do those on a daily bases and after I change it, I have to clear and then restart my game. Its a game King 3902 board, Hope it helps a lil

I have an I Game with a message with battery Low.  I replced batteries on S+ games which were very easy.  can anyone tell me how to replace the battery on this one???

Similar process, the board needs to be removed from the tray since the battery solders through the board, you use a soldering iron, heat up the solder, remove the battery, and solder in a new one.  Be careful not to short the battery by touching both sides with your fingers, or anything else of course.

3 volt, I use BR2335, although they come with BR2330 also.  You would have to check your electronics store.

Always seems to be at one exception to a rule, and in this case it's Universal.  arrow
They use a Nicd on all of their slot boards. They do not have a low battery error code either. And I've never had a low battery??
The biggest problem is with age, they can start to leak and damage the board.
So, for Uni owners only, check it at least once a year for signs of leakage. (a salty residue on the battery) Replace when necessary.
