Hi all, can anyone tell me if s2000 reel motors on the full-size reels are interchangeable with the motors on the smaller reels that they use on 5 reel slots or say the bonus 4th reel on a Super Spin machine? I've got one that's making a bit of noise so I was curious about what motors I could use to rebuild it. Scratch Head Thanks for any help.

Check the back of the motors...
there should be some numbers on a sticker that should match.
Similar needed voltages are critical or you'll burn something out!
If they're not within specs of each other - I would then seriously advise against it.

Thanks for the tip. Wasn't sure cuz my Cleopatra motors have differant numbers than Super Spin bonus reel, but should be same reel, just differant maufacture year. Logic says same voltage and amp draw should be interchangeable. Know anyone who sells these motors? Seems like everyone sells complete reels and these narrow ones are hard to find. Thanks again! applause

The best thing for you to try is throw up a post in the"Classifieds" section of NLG and
hopefully a vendor browsing around in there will spot your specific needs!  yes yes
