All the chip says is SET 15.
It's a handwritten tag so I hope that's right.

Here is Rick's FAQ'S on using a set chip:

May I kindly ask?
What was the missing step in your clear/set procedure?
For future reference for our readers... yes

I think the only thing missing was my lack of knowledge. Scratch Head I had the materials but didn't know how to use them.
I was trying to clear things up after replacing the battery and was told to only use the clear chip as a last resort.
You gave me step by step instructions on how to use the clear chip and that worked fine after clearing 61-1 but then I got a code 65-1 and wasn't sure what to do next.
Once the 65-1 was cleared by simply pushing the reset button, all I had to do was use the SET 15 chip to get the bill validator working and followed the instructions in the link provided.
I've only done this process once before on my video poker machine and it was a long time ago.
Thanks again!
