I have IGT S+ without hopper and I did clear RAM on it. It start OK however the error 3200 showed up when i hit cash out. This machine does not have hopper in it but I do have hopper that belong to S2000.  Can I put it in this machine to clear this 3200 error?  My utimate goal is to set it to hand pay but I have to get passed this 3200 error first. I have SP731 game chip and also have download PSR from this website but honestly I do not understand that PRS about how to use it. Can someone point me the tread that is explain how to use the PSR?

Nope, the connectors are different, and the motor may be a different voltage also.

<edit> I see you have a clear chip. So you can use that again to start over. Then I believe all you need to do is set the hopper limit to 0. Press the self test until you have a 7 in the coins played window. There should be a number on the win meter saying what the hopper is limit is set for. The last 0 should be flashing. If it's not flashing, you need to check the first two dip switches on the MPU to make sure they are set for programmable hopper limit (your SP chip uses the dip switch settings). Once you have that limit number flashing, you can use the reset key to move the flashing number over to the digit you need to change to make them all 0.

I've stuck an S+ hopper into a Bally EM cabinet...but that's me... rotflmao

Basically, the S+ and S2000 hoppers are like strawberries & oranges.
They're both fruits but do not taste the same.

With a 731 the hopper, jackpot limit and credit limit are not independently separate of each other like the higher SPs. Setting of 0 will not be to much fun. Disconnect the cash out button.

Good point. I see the credit limit = hopper limit for that SP.  Duh!

It also serves as the jackpot lockup limit.
