I just got a Cherry Master 96SE that I just put a new wiring harness in but can't get the "knockoff switch" to work. What pins are involved in the knockoff switch? I have the downloaded schematic but I can't seem to figure it out.

Any manuals for this game?

Thanks Rocket, but these are the same manuals I have. When I hit hit pin 21 with ground it just makes player buttons lights go out but it won't remove the points.

The board says Cherry Master 96SE Amuchine, Amcoe and has five dip switch banks. If a picture would help I can post it.

As for the "knockoff" switch pin 21 to ground just makes the play buttons go out. All connections are fine. A vendor said that there may be a combo player bttn sequence built in the game?

Hooked up a lead to the solder side pin 21, and still nothing happens. Pin 21 parts side produces a "Hopper Empty" message on the screen, but the number of credits does not clear.

Not the one for the hopper, but the one behind it. Try that one to a ground and let us know what you get

Pin 21 both sides produce no results. The version chip says 3.61, is it possible there is something (switch or chip) preventing the credits from being removed?

By the way...thanks everyone for the help, I really do appreciate it. I have spent days trying to figure this one out.   Duh!

In your one post you said it gave you the hopper message, than the other you said it did nothing  Scratch Head . Are you sure your shorting the pin to ground? Do you have any other boards?

Pin 21 (I've tried both sides) is being grounded to pin 1 (of smaller 10 pin plug). Pin 21 solder side to ground is what gives me the hopper empty message just after the player button lights go out. No I don't have another board.
