Well unless you want to make $50 or so on the parts, just leave the hopper in the machine our yank it out...does not matter.  You can leave the coin head in also so it will accept coin but it does not have to pay out coins.  OUR, if you want no coins at all, temporarily remove the comparator and bracket so that you can remove the coin head and install a chrome cover plate.  Then reinstall the comparator parts and plug it back in....unless you want to sell that part for $15 and then you just need and adapter plug where your comparator use to plug in.  I can sell you one for $1 to $10 depending on which side of the bed I woke up on...you chances are good for $1.  Confused??  Okay good, lets keep going then.  Next check to make sure you printer is plugged in and there is paper installed.  There are other posts here on NLG that cover proper paper installation.  Once accomplished, Key the machine with a 17 and Enable your printer under the Key II settings.  After that, and the reels spin up after you close the door, then open the door, press the test button, and go into the Menu finding Machine Options then go to Limits.  From there change your Hopper Limit to (0) zero.  Close the door and your good to go.

Ford  Jim just about covered everything. Here is a Pic. of the plug you will need. I got in a hurry one day and made up these two wires to replace the plug. The plug does work better. But in case you get in a hurry pins 1, 6, and 7 are hooked together.  If Jim doesn't have a chrome plate to replace the coin head, I do and  will sell it to you for same price Jim is getting for the plug. I'll even pay the shipping!!!

That's the hopper plug, it doesn't need a jumper.  The molex plug with jumper wire needs to go where your current comparitor and optics are plugged into.  It will be in the door, follow the wires from the optics and you'll find it.

Ford     there are 2 V notch's on the end of the  plug and 2 notch's on one side.   In the pic. I posted the notch's are to the right and the far side.  I think in this new Pic. you can see the Vs.

If you are going to make up your own wires I suggest use plenty of solder on the ends so they will fit nice and tight, because if one of them comes loose you will get a coin out error. I'm sure there is a easier way but the only way I have found to get rid of that error is do a full clear.

I might as well make another suggestion.  Wait and see how many of the correct plugs Jim can let you have.

Jim is leaving for Vegas for a week.  But he will send you a couple out as he is driving to the airport that you can use as a model to build some.
