Installed the new button deck plate that I bought from Jim (Blueridge) and just finished the install of the buttons from Suzo Happ (yeah, I bit the bullet)...freight was about 15 bucks.

Looks pretty sweet and no more sticky buttons!   yes

I didn't call them Stout, but you know what?  A few weeks ago, I place an online order and when I was ready to check out, they had the shipping figured in and it was like 35 bucks!!!  Needless to say, I scrapped the order.  This time, I placed the order, but when I checked out, it only showed the price of the product.  I took my chances, and figured I'd call them if I had some insane amount for shipping.  I thought that was interesting.  Later I received an email showing the product with the shipping cost of 15 bucks.  Interesting how those guys operate.

What I do is get the order ready but don't click on the "Submit Order" button.
With the order webpage up on my computer screen, I call the shipping dept and
I ask the girl at the Suzo-Happs desk what are my cheapest shipping options for out my way?  Angel-Devil
(I'm on the east coast!)
I tell her the order number  and then she usually gives me the best shipping rate!!
That's when is the best time to press the "Submit Order" button! propeller
It's a simple toll-free call to save a ton of money! money
