After performing a safe ramclear the solenoid for the drop door keeps pulling in and out every 3 or 4 seconds.  Any ideas on what could be causing this?  It is a coinless machine, not coin optics or hopper.  I have replace both door and cabinet optics and the solenoid valve.

Hi Bob,
Is everything else working on this?  dooes the game initialize?  does this happen when the door is closed or open?

Door optics would have been my first area of investigation, I would check the wiring on the door and make sure there aren't any shorts, I would also remove the reels, and remove and reseat all connections to the backplane (mother) board.

Thanks,
Wayne
