When I turn on my machine it reads "HOPPER JAM", and won't play.  I removed the hopper and inspected it and everything looks good.  I looked in the owners manual and couldn't find anything about this code.

Fuse on hopper is OK?

There is 6 more fuses in the backiside of the machine behind hopper, are all those OK? I'm not near a manual right now to see which fuses power up the hopper.

You have checked the hopper to make sure the pinwheel spins freely ?

Are the beau plug pins on the backside of hopper clean ?

Have you tried running a hopper test using the buttons on the hopper board? If I remember right it's test 4 like the slot machine. Your hopper should power on a feed out 10 coins, then shut off.

Barry, don't you use a "keypad" for diagnostic tests(ie hopper, IO, colors, etc)?

Sorry I thought it did.. I had a V1000 and I think it worked on that one.. I just assumed it did on The V2000 too, my mistake,

I checked all fuses and plugs.  Everything looked good.  Decided to clear ram and it fixed the problem!!
