I am trying to figure out how to mount my Spectrum progressive display on my machine, I need
to get a ribbon cable, a couple of 2 wire power molex lines, and my candle wires through the top.
bawling  There is no way its all gonna fit through the little candle hole drilled in the metal top.
So I am open to suggestions.  Enlarge the hole? drill another? cut a wide enough slot?

Also I am curious about opinions of the better versions of molex pin removal tools.
As I am going to have to do a little rewiring, or  make an extension harness. Scratch Head

My S+ is a Round top so this may not work for you

The hole in mine is larger than the spacing of the two screws that hold the candle on the machine.
If the S+ 9" and 16" tops are like my S2000 9" top that hole is about 7/8"

I did the moles first.
Once that ribbon cable is in place, I do not think the molex can fit through the hole.
I gently pushed the narrow end of the ribbon connector through allowing the cable to wrap around the connector until the connector clears the hole.
