Hi all,

I have just converted a 4 reel S2000 to a 3 reel after looking on here for advice on what actually needs to be done. I have found a couple of posts mentioning a molex plug that tells the machine it has an extra reel in it but I can't find the plug in the machine. This was a working 4 reel machine but with broken glass and rather than ship the glass to the UK I've changed the game to a 3 reel game I already had. I also have 2 other 4 reel machines here at the moment and can't find it in of them either. Could someone please tell me the exact location of this plug. A photo would be appreciated if possible. Here is a photo of the plug in question.

Thanks as always,
Richard.

You plug that into the reel harness at the 4th reel connection.

Each reel has that blue wire at the same location including the bonus reel.

That is how the machine can tell if a reel is missing, etc.

Since you cannot find the plug. Look at the pin location of the wires in the picture and use a jumper wire in the empty 4th reel molex.

As you are looking at the harness connector for the 4th reel.
with the notch up and connectors facing you.
A jumper goes in the bottom left two holes. The main color of the wires you are connecting with a jumper is green.
