Have an IGT Bar top game, the standard 7370390 MPU board using M0000837 program chip and using the Oasis network.
The game will gladly accept cash, but no vouchers.
Black Bart say's it's enabled for vouchers, cleared E-square and ram and started as if it was a brand new game and even wiped out all the old settings and replaced the Bill Validator.
Still wont accept vouchers, network is up, no comm error counts, diagnostic monitor shows communications up, progressives also up and incrementing.
I'm clueless

The voucher contains information that is only meaningful to a back-end server run by the casino.  Without that server, the machine cannot verify the voucher nor have credits assigned back to it by the same.

Duh! Duh! aren't these just a blast to deal with!?  what version of Oasis are you running?  do you have FloorLogix as well to monitor sentinel and DPU status?  sentinel 2, 2.5 or 3?  what type of BV does the game have?  i'd probably swap the sentinel with another game to see if it follows, just keep your U6 with the game.  maybe try rebooting the poller, i know its a pain in the ass and theres always the possibility of having the system down for awhile but sometimes that's what has to be done.  sounds very frustrating, i know your pain.  i know you've probably done it but double-check your SAS settings and validation settings.  what game chips are you using?  sorry for all the questions but since you've eliminated all the common issues we may have to think outside the box for this one!

Probably a busted poller wire I'd imagine.  Scratch Head
or a bad connection? I'd swap with a nearby machine - just change the address line.
