I have a mikohn interface card that   all LEDs are off except LED 5 and is  displaying progressive link down does any one have an Idea?how do i reset the board . thanks

There are several interface boards, do you have a picture?  If a Watchman there is a RAM reset chip as they can get themselves in a mess plus they are subject to a couple of simple problems (eg leaking supercap) .
