Jim,
I bought from you ??  I bought off ebay about the same time I found the forum-so I get trashed from a ebay item and then get trashed from buying from the forum ??   Iam lost-and you where reffered to me by a member,,,Thats why I bought my chips from you

txrebel10: I can't speak for Jim since I'm not him, but in the quote that you posted from him, he was talking to the user by the name "James" who had recommended a few eBay sellers, and Jim's words were not directed at you, except for the part where he said:

"to the original poster with the 61-1 problem, if you would like the correct items to repair your game along with detailed instructions including what to do with other codes that may come up when doing this fix contact us, we have you covered"

It sounds like you've done that, so you should be on your way to getting your machine up and running.

The chip did nothig when installed and tryed to run

You're talking about the one you bought on eBay from Dino69, right?  Have you gotten the replacement chip from Jim at Blueridge yet?

He's a member here?

No, Dino69 is not a member here (to the best of my knowledge).  I think that stormrider thought someone else had sold you the chip on eBay.

I just want to comment that I purchased clear chips from Mr Dinoman this week. instructions on site say "NO NEED TO CHANGE JUMPERS" The clear ram went smoothly. I did email him after I read all these posts. He replied within half hour.. He assured me no jumpers had to be touched'
