Looks like it might be a MK2.5 video. Only manual I have is for the reel version, Sorry. I'm just guessing, maybe someone more knowledgable in Aristocrats will chime in. Also if it is an Aussie machine, it may have another model #.

Your right  - I don't know why they don't - at the very least a cd with the PDF of the manual.   My first Bally 5500 machine came with a manual.   It was printed out and put in a nice binder for me.  I remember reading it for hours - so when I wasn't in the game room actually playing the machine, I was on the toilet reading the manual.

Ya ! its a MK 2.5,  I've been searching for a service manual for the (tens or better video poker version) for months. I can tell the way the 2 boards go in above the hopper with the reset buttons. (You can view the machine in the post a couple above yours at volts 1776). Whatever you do, do not remove the battery from the video processor board, MK 2.5, (lower board) (1) without knowing the reset memory configuration, (2) low battery jumper location or (3) jumping in another battery before removing the old battery. you'll be in for a world of problems, likes programming codes showing up on the CRT and a message stating (call attendant, metering error).
